Policies

Priority Shipping Rates to the lower 48 states are calculated on the amount ordered. 

Sales Subtotal (prior to any discounts and applicable sales tax)  

Once something is in your cart it is not necessarily yours until you check out. However, please be aware that I will be unable to refund shipping if you have more than one order. I apologize I can't go through every order to refund and combine shipping charges.  Also we do not combine shipping once your order is placed.

Returns and Exchanges
  • All returns must be postmarked to LMN within 2 weeks from original date of shipping to you in order to receive a refund.  Item must be unworn, in original condition with all tags.  They will be returned to you if they are received after the 2 week window.  A store credit also can be issued if chosen.We are happy as always to offer an exchange or credit after the 2 week time period.  Exchanges/credits are available up to 30 days from purchase or shipping to you.
  • Returns for items that are not elegable for refunds (special release and or seasonal items) must be returned within 14 days for store credit only.
  • A 10%  restocking fee applies to all returns over $100 and will be deducted from total purchase price when refund is given.  Ex: $138 refund assesed 10% restocking fee of  $13.80.  We are always happy to work with you on an exchange to avoid a restocking fee so please email us to see if we can hold an item(s) for you before shipping back.
  • The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer on all  returns.  Please contact us prior to shipping your return for the proper paperwork.  You may also enclose a check for the shipping. email lovesmenot@comcast.net
  • LMN is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
  • Items sent in for return/exchange are not eligable for items on a pre-order basis.  You are welcome to use store credit towards pre-order items or exchange only if they are in-stock.
  • All refunds come to you via paypal.  Please indicate your correct paypal account/email on the form so there is not a delay in refund.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund.
  • All defective merchandise must be returned within 45 days from date of shipping.  Defective items will be accepted upon LMN inspection.  LMN will cover shipping expenses up to $6.95.  After 45 days, we are not responsible for defective returns.
  • Seasonal special release items are not elegible to be used as a return/exchange
  • Please note on the invoice reason for return and or if you wish to exchange when shipping back.

Sale Items/Mardowns

All Purchase of on sale or marked down items are Final.  No returns/refunds only exchanges or store credits.

Sales Tax

If you reside in the state of Colorado we collect sales tax on your purchase.

Shipping

You may choose prioirty mail or first class shipping of $3.50 (1 item only please).  First class option is for 1 piece orders only please.  Also please note that first class mail is not trackable nor is it insured and choose this option at your own risk.  We are not responsible for lost packages as a result of no-tracking and non-insurablility if you choose to ship via first class.

Other Questions

Can you combine shipping or refund shipping since I ordered more than one order?

We are sorry but at this time we do not offer refunds on shipping if you placed more than one order.  Please be patient with the website and shopping cart and be sure to have your order finished before you check out. Refunding shipping is very time consuming. Carts hold items for up to 60 min

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship to all other countries.  We currently ship regular mail international with the exception of Canada.  We offer prioirity shipping rates.  If you are interested in first class shipping to Canada please email us for details. You may choose first class international for Canada but at your own risk should the package not arrive or get lost.

How long does it take to receive my order that is in-stock?
We strive to get you your items as quickly as possible.  We currently are offering a shipping time of 2-3 weeks unless stated otherwise.

Pre-Orders

We now offer the flexibility of paying 50% down on your order for select releases on pre-order items only. Code will be provided. Balance is due upon reciept of bill via paypal from Loves Me Not. Cancelled pre-orders are subject to 50% loss of your deposit. If balance of pre-order is not paid, you also forfeit 50% of your deposit. If balance of pre-order is not paid within 30 days of notification, then you forfeit your deposit of the order and items will be re-stocked on the website.

I checked out with the wrong size because I could not get the size I actually wanted.  Can I email to change my size?

No.  Please do not email and ask to have your order and sizes changed.  This is very time consuming and an un necessary step on our end.  Please be patient and choose the correct sizing as we will not be making individual order changes this season.  Please refer to sizing charts for more information

Can you combine and refund my shipping for multiple orders?

At this time we do not refund nor combine multiple orders and shipping charges

Why can't I get an item into my cart?
If the item is in stock and you are getting an error or temporarily unavailable message, then most likely it is held up in carts.  Carts will dump after 6o minutes and the item will then become released.  Nothing is sold out until the size does not appear as an option, so please be patient and keep trying.  We sell 95% of our sales volume on the day of collection releases so things do slow down after the first few hours.  Thank you for your understanding.
